well.. it doesnt matter.. in the end we will laugh at those who need to buy a standalone hd player cause there console didnt come with a player... blu ray or not we will be able to view hd on our hd tv's in 1080p without needing to buy a standalone player and that is the whole point. Bluray will not go away and if it does it will be replaced by TOTAL hd which still confirms the existence of blu ray, so really bluray is forever.
it doesnt matter. blu ray movies will exist for entire existence of the ps3, by the time ps4 come out there might even be a newer format.. it will never end.
360 sales are good, but they arent good enough to beat wiips3 at the moment... this is a good strategy for those not considering to buy a 360 to switch sides.. and if this story is true then im buying a 360. But imo 1080p is not as important for games as it is for hd movies... and as far as we know the drive is still regular dvd so its not that big a deal.
Those look nice. Let's hope they make it a little more enjoyabel too (I.E. not crashing every five seconds because you hit a little pebble in the ground like the demo).Newsboy
um.. the r2 trigger is to accelerate, the x button is boost, learn to play the game first before you make such assumptions.
can anyone answer this quest, i have a dell 24inch that can display 1920x1080 through the dvi but has no hdcp, will ps3 games work? are ps3 games enabled hdcp?
i think this war will be settled based on how well the ps3 sells and performs in the market. right now its too early to tell but if the ps3 ends up winning the console war youll soon see a xbox720 bluray. Also if i were to buy a ps3 , blu ray would be 75% of the reason why, the downside is no 48bit support.
