They're having a moral dilemma now.

"Do we decide to keep doing business as usual, keeping our customers happy, and still making shitloads of money?"

Or do we say '**** you' to our customers in the hopes that we'll make even MORE money?"

This is a very difficult decision for them, you see. Because capitalism isn't about making people happy, it's about making money. This should make that fact apparent to everyone.
