Racing games generally look better than every other game, the same as linear games generally look better than open world games

@hardwenzen: Assets that had to run on the original Xbox on so it's not actually surprising they are not up to the Ps5/series X standard for visuals

this is why you can't compares Ps5 games to Xbox Series X if they are also released on the Xbox one

Better off comparing it with dedicated games like MS flight simulator

tow completely different style of games, ones a sci fi Horror shooter the other is a Sci fi action shooter

Stalkers atmosphere just wouldn't work in Halo

Halo infinite is the first game to use 343's slipspace engine which was first announced in 2018

so you obviously don't even know which engines it;s using so how can you compare?

i am sure both games use great engines designed for the style of game

so unless you are digital foundry i would suggest not squabbling over which engine is better

only daft people claim either consoles uses last gen assets

@Pedro: thats because the smart delivery game discs only have the data for the Xbox one version of the game on them mate

but that doesn't actually apply to Xbox series X only games like MS flight simulator which comes on two disks

but my whole post and every reply is based on the Xbox one mate, not the Xbox Series X

and NO MS game on the Xbox ONE before halo infinite required an update to play and the only disc based games that did where the latest Call of duty games to stop people playing them, early and games that require and internet connection to play them.
