With the new season starting soon, figured it would be a good time to review season 4.

But seems pretty slow intermittently to me.

But seem to have lost a few days of points for levleling.

I have been stuck at lvl 4 88% for like a couple days now. Blogging to see if that will 'unstick' it.

Both my wife and I are sick so I think I will be catching up on lots of tv on dvd the next few days. Currently watching the colorized season 1 of bewitched.

Got my copy of Plan 9 from Outer Space from Legend films.... Mike Nelson did commentary for this so it's as close to new Mystery Science Theater 3000 as I can get right now. Pretty good so far. Once we finish watching this we will go watch Monday Night Football for the Green Bay Packers game.

First season of this show is pretty good. I liked it when I originally saw it. Bought it, and now I am working through it. Getting to the mini-hiatus of most current tv shows so its a good time to work through a little of the dvd backlog.

Actually managing to catch up finally. I am hoping that everone on tv.com will wind up buying a copy of Serenity because they need the DVD sales to help sell sequels and the first movie was really only an introduction (but one that revealed some stuff that the orignal series did not.)

I hate being home sick but it does give me a chance to clear tivo in the bedroom. With a 235 hour tivo in the master bedroom I tend to ignore it in favor of dvds and the HD tivo in the living room. However given my earlier post about Fox in the SF area being unable to keep their HD tower up and running (good example, last night NO signal, sunday for football NO signal, etc) I have duplicated all fox season passes into the bedroom so at least I have a SD version to watch on the 30" widescreen. Doesn't mean that I have to like it however.

Why does fox in the SF bay area seem totally unable to keep the HD towers up and running? It impacts lots of Fox shows too. I really hope directv gets the spot HD sats working soon and gets their media center going as well so I can replace the HD Tivo.
