@suicidesn0wman: alright there Mr Professor Emeritus you are the smartest "Brainiac" here on gamespot haha lol.... you F.U.D
Yes we all know leaked information is the same thing as a company making formal announcements right? I mean all leaked information that has ever happened turned out to be 100% right am I right?
And look at you trying to redirect the initial discussion at hand when you didn't even know the difference between a Blu Ray player that can stream 4k content and one that is an actual 4K UBD player.
@suicidesn0wman: ah but you see therein lies the hypocrisy of your statement too as well then.
It's a 2 way street my friend. If the information is leaks, rumors, and here says then you can't say for sure it won't have it either too right? Or does that only apply to the OP?
It may have it, it may not.... you don't know for sure either & you're only going by LEAKED info like you said.
@suicidesn0wman: hence why the guy in the original statement said *IF* it supports 4K movies and HDR
key operating word there buddy, and since he started the opening line of his comment talking about UBD 4K players common sense would tell you he wasn't talking about streaming 4K movies.
When the ps3 came out it wasn't just a Blu Ray streaming device, you could also buy Blu Ray movie discs and play them on the system.
You started an argument based on nothing the OP said just because....... I can't even think of a good reason to give you there.
@elmarine2064: not only that but there is currently ONLY one available on the market and that's the UBD-K8500 offered by smasung but yet this idiot dude wants to act like he knows everything. Go back to playing your Wii U please that can't even play regular Blu Ray and let the big boys handle this situation.
