Yeah man its like it was programmed for that lol. But the customer support was great at Microsoft. I bought my own box they gave me their address, and I shipped it on a Saturday and got it back that friday.

Doesnt the elite come with a transfer cable or I am pretty sure you can buy one for around $20.
