i mhaving disc read errors in game to clean the disc .on www.xbox/com.support they said it would be malfunctioning of hardware

what is it

i live in pakistan where very few people got 360 u guys r my only ways to solve my problems but someone never replied me

please help me this time

1 i got 128 kbps cable net i directly connect the cable into 360s router then it says to update i click yes then update stops randomly after few seconds saying that chek ur connection settings when i test them it fails on MTU so what is it

2 some time i got in game errors like (disc is dirty clean it with a soft paper) and the discs are spotless when this happens to

any of my game that game just turned into trash and never worked this error starts coming in just start

please help me guys i request to u my friends
