Let me put the question to you wonderful people:
Have you played a videogame today?  You probably have.  And if you have, you seen wonderful things like crazy laser guns, while flying ships, spaceships, other planets, aliens, and technology that none of us will see in our lifetimes...

or will we?

If getting to Mars requires 8th dimentional thinking (Thank you Buckaroo Bonzai) then let's get some game creators on the project...they could talk to the think tanks at NASA, and whip something up in a few months.  not years, and using no money.  I mean just look at some of the stuff game creators have come up with...

I'm not saying it's a flaming bullet...but we need people working on this who are beyond rational thought...beyond extreme nutiness...we need outlandish plans backed by rabid Maya manipulators working on vanilla coke and a slim jim.  Sure, money would help...but come on...We've had a space program for over 50 years and we've done the equivalent of what would be a road trip from Manhattan to New Jersey.

Here's a thought...if NASA can't build a rover that can last on mars more than thirty seconds...maybe they shouldn't be working on something that requires the use of a JOYSTICK...that's total gamer territory guys...didn't you get the memo?

Watching images of Mario Galaxy, Zelda using the Wii controller, and Halo 3 (runners up: Genji 2 and Crysis)

Sadness of my day:
No new Killzone info yet, The PS3 looks like it's going to shoot itself in the foot, and aside from Crysis, I care less and less about PC titles (or the price to upgrade mine)

Super-Sadness of my day:  Tabula Rasa still looks like a mess - and I've run out of MMORPG patience.
