The problem is 8 of them are either ugly or just not that interesting and you would not have time to spend time with them anyways. At the other bar is 3 girls and they are all fraking amazing. It is easy to go back and forth with them and you are gonna have enogh time to love them all.
Don't know about you but I am going with the 3 good ones. 360 retail wins.
Now for the arcade games. This one is easy. Arcade games are worth $15 or less. Your not gonna have to break the bank to get them. Every PS3 arcade title that has been rated so high have been what? Niche art house games that only appeal to a certain type of gamer. The 360 has those classics you are gonna wanna play and all of those titles that scored just under the PS3 niche games are the genres we all love. Platformers, racers, puzzle games.......Best thing about XBL? Everything has a demo from the arcade. On PSN you just gotta hope it was worth it. A few games on PSN I am stuck with because there was not a demo. Calling all Cars and Tekken 5 DR HD come to mind. So when it comes to the arcade games.....I am again gonna roll with the 360. I will take my chances on established gametypes with a demo.
If you are worried about paying $30 for XBL (About what I pay and I usually get some Microsoft points or a game with it) than get a better job.

And as for you saying all the 360 has is Forza / Halo / Gears / and Fable? Halo ODST and Hao Wars are completely different types of games. Wars is a freking RTS! Fable has had 2 arcade spin-offs, a new kinect game and the story elements in RPG's are completely different from each other as well as the setting. Might as well be a different game. Forza Horizon is again completely different form any other Forza. Comparing them would be like comparing Half-life and Bulletstorm. It is stupid to do so. And Gears? Well Gears kicks ass!!!!! So there is a lot of variety right there.....Not to mention that other stuff you all like to forget about.....

The problem with Halo is there simply isn't enough of it. Halo Wars and Halo ODST were both good. I am not a fan of RTS so Halo Wars was not my thing but most people I know like it. I am wanting to try it again. There is a lot they could do with it if they did it right. Tatical shooter, Space Combat, A Starhawk type game but make the single player actually good.

With a franchise that popular they need to milk it. Look at Mario and Sonic? We get 4 Mario games a year.

I appreciate TC's thread and I hope he does more for other genres. Even though I know why he set up the poll the way he did it really does not do some of the games justice. I just wanted to share what my Elite 8 would be and their seeds. Sorry mine has no bearing on the final standings or thread but thanks for looking anyways.

I would have Half-life vs Counter-Strike and Halo vs Doom in the final with Half-life and Halo in the championship. The champion would be Half-life. Without Half-life you would never have Counter-Strike or Team Fortress. Two teams in the top 10 to 12 shooters themselves.

Also- TC should of had Bulletstorm, The new Syndicate and Shadowrun remakes, and MAG in the tourney. But it is a great thread. Please do more.
