lol, well i wrote something of a soapbox rant and hit the back button on accident. but...i'll sum up
This PC self-importance crap is getting out of hand. just understand you don't like something and others might not have an issue or care one bit about it (like myself, i could care less bout the ass flash).. just move on. maybe the devs felt the character as a taunt should/would do that. maybe the character was getting a bit cheeky? maybe they wanted to have some character juxtaposition? what i read from a comment like that is that "i identify with this character and i would never do that" especially when the user basically follows up with "it's perfectly fine for this other character to do it because she's a slut". Personally, i identify myself with Ryu but would never grow such a bear, nor would i walk around topless with trash bags wrapped around my hands. but...for now, i think i'll let Capcom slide.
@Zloth2: It's the same reason no one came to him and told him about the bad ideas he had for the prequels, there was no questioning him. He's the King and god forbid anyone tell him he's wrong. He's sold his stake in the universe. they originally were going to have him on as a consultant or producer i can't remember which, but clearly it's not the case any more, and i bet it's because he would have been unbearable to work with. it's about control. and of course he would do an interview, he'd have to give permission for those sort of things, if he cared about the material and respected the people making it, he could have waited until after it's release, but of course not, it's his Ego. that's just who he is.
As for Han, it makes sense for the scene because it makes sense for the character. he knows where it's going and he probably doesn't even have to think about his next action, his hands is unlatching his holster on instinct because, he's a bad dude. probably had it in mind to kill Greedo as soon as he's approached. The point is, when i said you can't put the baby back, is you can't change these things. yeah they're dated, yeah there's plenty of things they could do to change and update these movies. the thing is, you really can't. once they're out there, they're out there. you don't reforge the nose of the statue of liberty because you think it would look better thinner. you don't recut stairway to heaven because man...could really use some cowbell. His repeated attempt to change it again just shows his Ego and how he can't let go. the level of excitement, especially from myself has never been as high as it is right now for these movies as they were for his prequels and i bet it's really eating him up inside.
man, Lucas just can't let go. He's become such an ego maniac that he doesn't even see it. he can't see that he became what he despised in Hollywood. the first Star Wars to come out unattached to him and of course he'd be doing interviews and articles, anything to remain attached any way he can. of course it makes sense for people to want to talk to him about it, but if he didn't care what the internet had to say, he would stop giving them more cannon fodder.
Han shot first. there's nothing wrong with that when you see where he starts from and where he ends up. that's what makes Han an awesome character. all of the characters go through real and interesting character development in the original trilogy, that's one of the reasons why it's so iconic and has stuck with people so much. Han was scum. Charming Scum, but Scum none the less. Han wasn't a good guy, he wasn't a hero. he was only ever out for himself, and maybe Chewie too. it's one of the first things we learn about Han, with a single shot. Quit trying to neuter your characters for BS reasons. no matter how hard you try, you can never put the baby back. evidently when people fight you so hard on it.
Thanks for the universe, thanks for the characters, thanks for the stories George Lucas. thank you, sincerely. But you'll never see that you've been kinda blinded by the smoke blown up your ass, which anyone can see watching episodes 1-3. just let it go man.
but my question is, are the machines incappable of reaching true HD 1080p 60Fps, or is Ubisoft unable to make this work? I seem to have seen a few games that made it to 1080p on the PS4, so why can't Watchdogs?

well said Danny boy. well said indeed! i mean i don't want to speak for anyone else in this. but i'm pretty sure its safe to say we're a passionate bunch us gamers. Some are new to it, some have lived with it, some are just visiting even, but theres alot to love and love games we do. But in that, like anyone, we can be defensive over something we care about (console wars anyone?). Wasn't even the fact she dumped on our precious game, she gave it a 9, but people still came to its defense. Possibly cause not that many people even know Misogyny's definition, i personally didn't agree with it being misogynistic but i didn't attack her either.
Passionate people do passionate thing, but perhaps there could have been a lil more thought behind alot of the words.
@Cronyk getting a PS4 now and most likely a XBone next year. M$ has made some interesting moves and things some might not like, but as long as the bring the games i'll come around.
not withstanding people in general and taking into account the large age range of this site and people on any online gaming anything anywhere, people are genuinely insulting and when they aren't face to face to the person they're talking to/about they grow a pair because there is no repercussions, not really. So while there may have been a legit way to argue ones case if you will, it didn't happen. That's not to say i agree with either the review, reviewer or this feedbackula.
9/10 is a great score, there's nothing wrong with that. anyone to say otherwise is an idiot. My problem is in a game where everything is a stereotype or a satire on purpose so, calling it misogynistic when everything going on is happening to everyone in the game regardless of its gender is unfair. there is no specific bias to just woman, there's bias to everyone and everything. its not just towards woman, its in all directions. Thats the problem and if it dropped a point for that reason, then its a definite reason to be annoyed at a specific individual for dropping that bomb. I'm tired of this "you're entitled, you're misogynistic" crap.
As for Johnny, he's dead on about attacking someone and being vicious about it over a game review/critique. the shit being said wasn't right in anyway and people should be ashamed. people don't like him biting back, well maybe he was defending a colleague or just had enough of people being douches. this shows not to blame for people being idiots though, just pointing out people being idiots.
