@Rave215 @brainiac1988 thats just smoke up consumers asses. they haven't released preorder numbers anyway except to say, "man we're doing good, sorry you didn't get one, but hey maybe we'll let you get one more chance?". Its the feeling of not being able to have what you want to ramp up demand. Nah, i'm good.

@Gargus @devilscry well one, its the same shit that happened with napster. the music studios weren't getting their cut. instead this time around, its centered on gamestop. its centralized. You have a big chain profiting on it, thats why its a problem. everything you listed was an individual profiting. here they're bitching at gamestop.
And two, they aren't saying you shouldn't be allowed to do what you want with it. they just want their piece too. however sadly, if it were the case any money would go to corporate and not the people who actually make the product.

@MysteryGoat @drekula2 @devilscry Umm....ok? i'm talking about the hundreds of people who make these games deserving a piece of it back. taking on half assed multi play is the publishers idea of keeping the game in peoples hands. the people who work their ass off to make these games we play should have something to show for it. who cares of games get traded in, i'm not gonna play it any more why not get some of my money back or trade in towards another game. if someone else can enjoy it (or not) then all's fair. My point is the money should go to the ones who do the work, atleast a piece of it.

The problem that arose, which brought it to alot of peoples attentions more recently was because M$ was trying to corner the market and steal it back for themselves and a small piece to the publisher. i say balls to that, if it should go to anyone should be the people who do the work.

The Devs DESERVE a percentage of used game sales. plain and simple. There's no reason why Gamestop can't float a few of the bucks to the devs, especially when they pay you $10 for your game and sell it for $40. screw the mega companies like ubisoft, activision and EA, but the extra money should go towards the hard working people who make these games. they've earned it.

@CaveManCobb there are no ads for anything on the XMB. you have to go to the "whats new" tab, and even then its game related stuff or movies for DL in the store. no ads for Chase or doritos or Axe products to be seen anywhere.

See..i never understood this. not from my perspective any way, i'm sure M$ could giove a piss what i think or how i feel at this point. But they charge you for Xbox live. the system and its games aren't free. So why or how do they justify all the ads all over the home page? i mean i know how they justify it, its more money for them. generally with advertising the advertisers pay to have their product shown. I this case we're also paying to have to see these ads (no one really wants to). so...what exactly are any of us getting out of any of this other then stuffing money in M$ through both ends? yay capitalism.
