wow, i never thought i'd read such a thing on Gamespot (which has a tendency to lean towards M$ whether they wanna admit it or not). I was hoping for something inspiring...guess i didn't miss much. I'll check back in later for some more. Maybe Sony will knock it out of the park?
would be fantastic if either console were so much, but that seems like an impossibility. they want to make money too, those seem fairly cheap...if the PS4 is priced at that...crap i might have to get one at launch
@JayQproductions from what i understand, sound plays HUGE in the game. its a safe bet to think, that the reason the person can see that outline is 1 of 2 reasons. 1, its an enemy who's making entirely too much noise and giving away his position. OR 2, its a friendly marker for a teammate.
if Sony's stance was to do the same thing but didn't say anything until M$ did, but decided to change their mind (which they 100% could since theres been no stance yet really) after seing the backlash against such a dumb idea on M$'s part, then they could potentially win back every fan they lost during this past Gen. Ball's in your court Sony.
but if M$ and the Dev are getting kick backs for used games anyway, why do we have to pay M$ again? yea, looks like next gen can kiss my ass so far. as excited as i might be, M$ is annoying me and i have a feeling this used games crap is gonna transfer over to Sony as well. yay....
This guy should run for office. already sounds like a politician with all the answer dodging. Either way i'm going to try my best to hold all real feelings until i see some (any) reasons to buy this now. then i shall, until then, i'm left with a disappointing reveal and time to wait to see what they do. but a few of these features, the always plugged in kinect, the used games? not good ideas. i can't even let a friend borrow a game or vice versa anymore...come on guys
