don't plug ur mic into speakers plug them into ur computer and yes buying a new mic will help. also turning down the sound down will help reduce the static unless it's really bad.

increase the fan speed of ur computer and the cards. try rivatuner

they are about the same but intel processore u can overclock way more than AMD processors. so if u kno how to overclock ur processor i would go for an i7 or something that fits ur budget
