Everyones does that so you are lying!!!
What is this then ?? Mine has NEVER done that, maybe I haven't tried hard enough but my point is, no need to call someone a liar without looking at the response, and knowing WITHOUT A DOUBT, that they are not telling the truth... which I was doing by the way.
Ok, by random, I mean they do not form a picture or pattern per se, but they are always all in the same place.
But they come up in the same order.

1st off, watch your tone....
2nd, I have never seen mine do that, and to come off calling me a liar, you are so out of order.
I answered the question with what I thought may be a sollution to a problem I have never experienced, and did not call you names or call you out, so you should probably think before you start typing. And I made no refernece to yoou being wrong or any reference to you personally (as you did), I just stated that mine has never done it, which it hasn't.
UPDATE----
Now while playing Warioware, I noticed on some cutscreens, the same little statuc looking black dots in the upper portion of the screen.....
Anyone else seeing this or is it electricity, or what??
Ok, this only happens on my VC games....
Whenever I start a VC game, it automatically goes to the screen that pops up when you hit the home button, and then what appears to be a random pattern of very (almost pixel sized) small dots start popping up all over the screen.
Have called Nintendo and they are going to call back, but I have went thru all of the setup stuff with them, which was kinda stupid, cause it has always been setup this way and has not done it ever until yeterday.
I also noticed that the dots are not random, and they are not moved by anything on the screen. They always come up in the same pattern, and if you hit any button, they do not move until you exit the screen and go back to the Wii main menu. It also goes away once you start the VC game.
Sooooo, has anyone experienced this and if so, what was done to correct it?
