edit- forgot to put why..
Well I'm an intelligent person, but up to and including grade 8 I hung around with basically the wrong crowd. The people who would lated end up using drugs and just doing stupid stuff. These were the people who would hang out together, think they were better then everyone and make fun of people. I always kind of felt bad for doing it, but went along with it because, well, I was fitting in. Highschool came, they started doing stuff I really didn't want to do. I wanted to do good in school, I always had, and wanted to go to a good university (I'm like a mid-high 80's average). So I stopped hanging around with them, and then everyone else really didnt like the way I treated them in grade school, so I didnt make that many friends. I got by, and I have some close friends now, and am about to be going off to a great university.
All in all, it worked out alright, but it just wasn't as enjoyable as it should have been.
Halo 3 is great. There is lots of strategy and skill involved just like every other fps.
Right now I am playing my xbox on a SDTV, when ight beisde it I have my computer with an LCD monitor.
Is there some way to hook my xbox up to my computer with a cable of some sort? Is it easy to do?
My xbox only came with the component cables, could I just hook these up to some adapter that plugs into my video card and it would work? The video card has a DVI port, so I would assume a component to DVI adapter would work? If I can't plug it into the video card, my monitor doesn't have any plugs anywhere, so I dont think it would work otherwise. Could I use the wire from the monitor and the component cables and find an adapter that plugs them together and it would work?
I just think its a waste to play my 360 in SD if I have a HD capable monitor sitting less than 2 feet away from it. I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.
