[QUOTE="dirtmcgirt2004"]Who would pay $60 for a pointless, repetitive minigame like zombies (especially if that's your only reason for getting Blops 2)? Seriously, after round 20 there is but one tactic: rape train. Talk about insanely boring, there really is no incentive to even try for high score rounds. Every zombies game seems to end up playing out the same way too.Rikusakiooooooo somebody doesn't like zombies lol It's fun with friends. The fact that someone would pay $60 for something that provides as much entertainment & variety as an iPhone game is laughable.

I'm so sick of these companies that make millions trying to make people feel sorry for them. If I buy a TV, car, toilet paper then I have the right to re-sell them. WTF should a video game be any different.BigBoss255This. I don't see Ford going to desperate measures to stop used car sales. Even Hollywood (as much as I hate them) hasn't tried to take down the used marketplace.
[QUOTE="PinnacleGamingP"]im surprised you managed to find 30 games for the 360, dance central 1, dance central 2, viva pinata, kameo, sesame street, the first dead rising, alan wake which is on PC.....lmao 360 has it going on!!! :lol:arkephonic
Yeah, I was trying to pad the 360's stats, and it still fails miserably to the competition.
Fails miserably? Laying it on a bit thick therel. I'm a Sony fan first and foremost, but that doesn't change the fact that 360 has a pretty decent library. It's nothing like last gen, where PS2 was so far above and beyond the competition it wasn't even close.Xbox had great launch games and some including me think the greatest launch ever. :o[QUOTE="SecretPolice"]
[QUOTE="Heirren"]
Well, where the **ck are the games then?
Heirren
360 had a great launch as well, not quite like Xbox but pretty good never the less
Expect the same for the next box and trust me, that doesn't happen by accident sooooo what I'm saying is...
They busy, busy, busy making next gen games :D
Or one might say, Just wait !! :twisted: :P
It's possible. I preferred Xbox over PS2 in every way possible, but that was a different bunch of folk running the xbox division back then. So I guess we'll see in a few months.
Not sure if serious. PS2 was vastly superior to Xbox in just about every way besides FPSCan't really say much when you're a fanboy as well.Ark is still butt hurt that hes exposed as afanboy instead of the manticore he constantly claims.

black ops 1.1?
Geez this is getting old if true.
finalstar2007
Then dont buy it/play it or talk about it.. simple as that
Take your own advice. Please. Then maybe Activision will piss off.[QUOTE="finalstar2007"]
[QUOTE="tonitorsi"]
And here I was expecting better graphics, new/better animations, full skin customization, new engine, improved meele combat, new and improvised physics, drastiscally improved sound effects, improved voice acting, destructable environments, glitch free, less lag, .........blah.
This Call of Duty. WTF am I saying.
tonitorsi
We probably not going to see a new engine till next gen consoles.. but who knows they still havent announced it yet and so far these are rumores
These minimal changes are making it ridiculously hard for me to keep supporting this series. I've bought every COD to date and while MW3 was fun to pass the time (Nothing like Black Ops imo)....I never played it as long as Black Ops back in 2010 and just switched back to playing UC3/Skyrim.
I'll indefinitely buy Black Ops 2 since Treyarch brings out the fun factor and longevity better than IW.
I just hope to mah almight GAWD up there, that next-gen consoles arrive next year. COD needs a serious revamp. :|
So you're one of those guys who complains about COD for never changing ,yet buys every one? Uh, ok then. Did not buy MW1 version 3, will not buy Blops 1.5[QUOTE="The_saint1976"][QUOTE="ispeakfact"] Check my most recent reply. Again, those are specific situations. Not everyone is in your position, and the industry simply can't cater. The industry will do what it believe is best for itself first and foremost.ispeakfact
No these aren't specific situations, people have been borrowing games between friends and renting games for the 30+ years of my gaming existance, do you not have any friends? have you not ever wanted to show a friend of yours a game that he may not seem interested in or vice versa? did you ever stay at a friends house and have weekend gaming session? how are my examples specific situations? I'm more inclined to think that your situation is specific as it seems you don't have friends that you can borrow games from and vice versa, or your just filthy rich and can purchase everything you want. Like I said I love to game, I Buy them all new (prefer it that way) I want to play all of them, but I obviously can't buy all them, hence why renting and borrowing are essential to gaming.
No. I'm an older gamer. Do I borrow games back and forth with my friends? No. My gaming is done in the evening after work for a few hours. When I get together with friends, we don't game. We go out. Like I said, not everyone is in your position. Not everyone buys used games, or borrow from someone. Hate to break it to you bud, but your in the minority. I never understood how any consumer could defend the developer in this situation. Yes we all know they have the right to do this if they think it'll make them more of a profit. Just the same, consumers have the right to complain about it and decide whether the product is still worth it. This is how business works, so are the defenders of the developers really saying we shouldn't speak out if we're not happy with a move? I'm not a sheep, and I have other interests besides gaming. When Xbox 360 had the price hike for Live, I turned off my auto resubscribe and won't be turning it back on. It's not because of the $60 price tag, it's cause I feel Microsoft is taking a dump on its customer base, I'll be honest and say that I fully expected the Live price to DROP at some point, since PSN is free and all. Imagine my ignorance. Should this happen, I will not be buying a new console (or I'll buy the new Nintendo system, whatever it may be). The only compromise I can see being made is if they come up with a Steam system, where older games are frequently offered at very good deals. I don't see this happening though considering the greed of Microsoft and Sony.
