if i have the $$$ i will buy it around release as it looks really interesting, and the online component looks pretty unique...especially for an RPG.

i think the majority believes it will get AA here, thats what im expecting but i think it has the potential to get a 9.0, i wouldnt be shocked, if it gets anything higher then a 9.0...then that would be really shocking

How about not focusing on sales at all? But since we are, the real problem is how is the PS3 going to overtake the 360 in sales if they can't beat in one of it's largest markets for more than a couple of months at a time?

Every lemming right now seems to be having so much fun ridiculing cows since the 360 outsold the PS3 by 110k for the month of November. But I was just wondering something. Is the NPD reports only for America? If it isn't then the PS3 still might have outsold the 360 worldwide. Who cares if they get outsold in America, the 360 has a 2-1 Install base in America so cows should focus their "collective wisdom" about worldwide sales. Who knows, maybe the 360 outsold PS3 worldwide,now that would be tragic tothe common cow.

On the otherhand, if the NPD report is based on worldwide sales...then everything I just wrote above should be labelled as nonsense

Sony did the right thing with the God of War Collection. It was a fantastic package that brought new fans to the GOW series, and gave original fans the pleasure of playing the games again in the best quality possible. The collection recieved remarkable praise from reviewers all over the internet and in magazines, and has since brought up the possibilities of other collections (Team ICO and Jak and Daxter etc.)

Nintendo did the same thing with the Metroid Prime Trilogy, which also recieved similar praise. So how about this? Do you think Microsoft and Bungie will create a Halo Trilogy or a Halo Collection. It would contain Halo 1 and 2 remastered for the 360, along with Halo 3+ODST. Or will they release the collection which will have Halo 1-Reach(once its released). This is just an idea that I had and Im positive other people have thought this to.

There are technical problems with this though, as it might be difficult to fit it all on one DVD9 disc, So 2-3 DVDs would have to work, but thats no big deal.

What do all of you think about that idea?

Dragon Age: Origins (PS3): My laptop is terrible and wouldnt handle the PC version so I would have to go with the PS3 version

Modern Warfare 2 (PS3): People tell me I need to play it, so I will get it

Mass Effect (360): Mass Effect 2 looks like its going to be epic, and I still need to play the 1st one

Ratchet and Clank ACIT: Im a Ratchet and Clank fan, so I need to play it

Playstation Network Cards: There are a few PSN games I would like to get but I dont want to use a credit card

Possibilities: Assasins Creed 2, Left for Dead 2, Borderlands

Something tells me that one of the unannounced games will be a new Twisted Metal. I remember reading somewhere that David Jaffe was going to announce his new project near the end of the year or in early 2010

Can't wait for Ken Levine's new game and Halo Reach!

Wow! I was really skeptical about this movie but the trailer has erased all that. I am now really looking forward to it, as it looks likeit will be a video game film that is actually worth seeing
