@Reuwsaat @Auronvolgar Its pretty obvious something is up with the config of your system if your complaining about load times with that hardware. Or your just full of BS and you dont have that system at all. My setup is over two years old and my internet connection is like 7mb, and I can load pretty fast without issues. Online gaming actually doesnt eat up that much bandwidth

You must be playing on console I bet? I dont think you realize how complex it is to take the scale of battlefield, then add detail and destruction with the amount that is going on at any given time in mp. Its easy to say things like "Destruction and colision should be added to all objects" but very hard to do that with the level of detail bf has. The cryengine and frostbite engine try to do different things. BF mp is a much larger scale with alot more players and things going on at once. They both do things very well. There is a reason that people chose to use BF3 when benchmarking the latest hardware.

@Crush_Project I have a 7mb cable modem and a 5870 and I have never had a issue, it plays smoothly, ive been using this setup since BC2 came out which also ran very smoothly, so something else is bottleknecking you

Frostbite 2 is still a very fresh engine in the big scheme of things. I can only imagine how insane it will be in years to come.
