I loved bf2142 and bf2 but they both had at least a 1 expansion and bf2 had like 3 expansion packs. I disagree that all the expansions should have been in the release of the game. some of it maybe but not all. bf3 has stood the test of time in my opinion, i was a little let down by certain things but they tried to do just so much with the game. there is a lot of great within some not so great, but i know dice will take what worked and improve upon it. Every bf game has had expansion packs.. even before there was dlc, so they arent going to stop that now. I mean it would have been awesome to have all that in the original game dont get me wrong, but we all know thats not realistic in the game industry these days.
