Really? I was considering getting it, but a quick look at the BC2 forums on GameSpot quickly changed my mind. I've already beat (rented) Uncharted 1, it was a great game. Borderlands doesn't appeal to me too much. And with Killzone 2 I've heard a lot of mixed things... How is it?

Get the Orange box. Easily a lot better than GTA4, GTA4 is a good game but overall very boring. I'm not a big fan of Half-Life lol. And why do you consider GTA4 boring?

It's not difficult to tell when one vehicle is moving faster then the other vehicles on the road. The court pointed out that the officer had sufficient "background and training" to make an educated guess. Does it matter if he can't estimate as accurately as a radar gun can? It's not like his margin of error left a chance of the motorist not speeding. He's accused of going 82 in a 60 zone. 20+ over the limit is pretty obvious to the eye.
The guy was speeding, got caught, and tried to weasel his way out of a fine on technicalities.

You see, though, the police officer has absolutely no evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he isn't lying. In this case, it's one man's word against another. A police officer's word alone should not be sufficient to convict someone. Police lie like everyone else. The state should have more evidence than a police officer's word to convict someone of a crime.
That's exactly what I think. It's innocent until proven guilty, and a cop's word shouldn't count as solid proof.
90mph is waaay too slow to have a noticeable effect, but I remember my physics teacher telling me that they did this experiment where they had two identical atomic clocks, put one in a super sonic jet and flew it across the globe. When the plane landed the atomic clock in the plane was a minute or two behind the one that remained stationary.
