Hey guys....I have finally mustered up the courage to purchase a 360 and I have a question...
Are the memory units necessary to play games???

Aside from that, the only thing I found annoying in the first 5 minutes is how the character moves. When you stop and start again, you start slow and then speed up. I have never played a game that did this and it is just purely annoying.
"What if the achievement points can be used as a sort of currency for PSN or for purchasing game related characters, weapons, clothing, etc.?"
For instance, say you played MGS4 and got every last achievement and then you could use those achievements to purchase MGS related stuff on the PSN or within the game like different characters, weapons, skins, vehicles, etc.
Your thoughts?
I personally like the more linear but action packed games and I think the sandbox type games are TOO open to freedom that you can get lost and not know what to do.
I have played and finished Uncharted and I LOVE it....I am playing through a second time to get all the rewards and whatnot.
I also played AC for about an hour and after that I lost interest.
I guess it all just depends on what you like. If you like GTA go for AC but if you like games like God of War, then go for Uncharted.
