Why would you play the first one, it was nice when it was released, but AC II made it virtually unplayable, anyway I got all the flags and achievements in the first 3 AC games, I guess I had more time in my hands and less stuff to worry about

The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion, oh simpler times!
Rayman Legends, Guacamelee, Ori and the blind forest, State of Decay, Metro Redux, Wolfenstein the New Order, Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare, FarCry 4, Need for Speed Rivals, Strider, Watch_Dogs, Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor, Sunset Overdrive, Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat X,
All those were fun to play, there might be more, but I had fun with al those.
I find Saints Row 3 way more over the top, being more crude yet cartoony, if I had to make a call about why your parents don't want you to play GTA V is because of it's bad reputation, Saints Row 3 actually has more dense and sexual references, not counting the violence which is the base of it's gameplay
Aside of the obvious ones (KOTOR 1 and 2, Battlefront 1 and 2 and Halo 2, GTA San Andreas)
I had a blast with Project Gotham Racing 2, Mortal Kombat Deception, Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks, Jade Empire, 007 Nightfire, Ninja Gaiden Black, Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, Tomb Raider Legend, Prince of Persia the Sands of Time and FarCry Instincts.
I bought it since launch, when the UI was abysmal (now it's just mediocre with the updates) while I appreciate the fact that they added features, I still think it's not user friendly (as the 360 was) and there is a good bunch of bugs, like games crashing randomly, or the dashboard not showing stuff (which is not often but it happens) also the 500 GB HArd drive proved to be extremely small ( I know I can hook a External HDD) I ran out of space after 6 months, and while I know I can delete games it's impractical, when gathering friends at home or something else, installing takes a really long time, specially if the console is connected to the internet (I have a theory that the console downloads games instead of installing of the disc), the achievements app is way too clunky to actually bother looking for achievements and tasks, those are the lowpoints to me.
On the other hand, the controller is amazing (specially for the Forza games) and it works nice with fighting games (unlike the 360 controller) and obviously shooters, the ammount of offerings on the game catalogue are good enough for a console that hasn't hit 2 years in the market, on the exclusive front there's not much but Sunset Overdrive and Forza horizon 2 were great, and I enjoyed Ryse (not exclusive anymore), Halo MCC and Forza 5, the EA Access service is solid, and I can only hope that it grows and improves, deals with gold and games with gold are solid offerings (although not spectacular) the Xbox Live service has been as good as ever, the snap is a great addition, and well I can only see improvements on the console as features are added and the UI is streamlined, I just hope I can use my kinect on stuff that isn't "xbox record that".
So I'm happy with my purchase, with halo 5, gears of war, quantum break, forza 6, below, inside, rise of the tomb raider releasing somewhat soon I can't help but feel excited about the Xbox One future.
Anyway feel free to add me on Xbox Live, I always want people to play with or against, and I have almost all major releases available for play (except Dying Light)
I have a theory here, when Online the Xbox doesn't install games from the disc, it just downloads them from the servers onto your hard drive, hence why when offline the installations are dramatically improved
Lords of the Falle at $9.00 is a nice deal probably the only game I'll get
I can't decide between Forza Horizon 2 and F-Zero X
@mortispenguin: it was fun, and with the right ammount of durability, the nemesys feature is remarkable and makes the whole game feel a bit more "personal" gameplaywise is close to the Batman Arkham game, the stealth is somewhat simple but intuitive, one of the best use of licences I've seen.
