@Xristophoros: I hope to God you're wrong, and while you might be right I will point out I think GTA 5 launched on PS3 only a couple months before PS4 launched, so historically speaking it is absolutely possible to see one.
@Xristophoros: I never claimed it to be anybody's fault but R*... and anyone who has paid for shark cards. I simply don't feel as if a generation has truly existed before it sees a GTA is all.
I'm not ready to kiss a whole generation of Playstation behind without a GTA, PS1 saw a couple, PS2 saw a couple, ps3 saw a couple- yet all we have current gen is last gen leftovers :( not sayin GTA is all there is, not by a long shot but GTA's have shaped gaming to an extent and I'd love another one, at least ONE before current gen is over.
Oh man, they might be in the process of throwing away marketshare for next gen by trying to go after some Nintendollars lol. If they aren't careful about the next console they could hand over big numbers to M$... Stick to what you're good at Sony!
Tactical?!? Activision is merely trying to shoehorn in the grappling hook to steal some of that Spider-Man appeal, to capitalize on the same launch window of the upcoming PS4 exclusive.
The kind of gameplay in the trailer was why I stopped playing COD. Then, WW2 brought me back! Now, people are flying around like Spider-Man with grappling hooks... they lost me again.
Yeah, it's an easy hard no from me. Watched the whole presentation- I love how they emphasize "boots on the ground" when people are spider manning all over the place flying through the air w/ grappling hooks. I don't know how they so quickly forgot the lesson that WW2 sales should have taught them. Maybe in two and a half years Sledgehammer will do Vietnam, that'll bring me back but I couldn't be less interested in the gameplay video shown off. Also side note, I bet their Battle Royale cash in has 18-20 player, not the 100 people are expecting. That's why they didn't even broach the subject.
