Anything but Scorpio! XBOX One X- sure. XBOX One Elite - fine. I'd even take an XBOX One 2, just don't call it Scorpio.

Everyone so sure about $399, isn't that what a PS4 pro costs in US? My interpretation was that it will be well more than that. I'm a couple of dazzling exclusives from moving the launch XBone to the bedroom and grabbing a Scorpion King- but I expect to pay $849.99 CDN, based off my maths. IDK what that works out to in USD but that's my bet.

Yeah, my XBone and PS4 are wired, and I will figure out a way to wire the Switch as well, it's just better. That said, I've had no problems online so far but I pay for good Internet. Half of these wet blankets probably have no idea how many food stamps their parents spend to get bottom tier Internet so it must be Nintendo's fault I guess. Also, service hasn't even been detailed let alone launched yet so $20 US per year is all we know this far.

Yeah, I expect there are reasons we don't realize why Nintendo is doing what they're doing. I wouldn't worry too much aboot that picture, phones have had BT for quite some time. As for the "why don't you just use Skype etc" camp, I'm sure there are good reasons Nintendo hasn't said that - otherwise why waste money developing their own thing? My bet is they're baking up something that will actually be useful this time- we just can't wrap our brains around it yet because we're stuck in a M$/Sony train of thought. Fixing what the WiiU did wrong is one of Nintendo's biggest priorities- that puts online services at the front line. Hopefully we'll know much more in the coming few days, it'll either be garbage or genius... I'm hoping for genius (crosses fingers and waits in the corner Blair Witch style 'till E3).

Kind of a bummer, I thought it was gonna be holiday 2017 however if it's gonna take an extra year for 3 to live up to 1&2's standards I'm fine with that. If E3 doesn't magically bring us HD remakes of the first two I'm hooking the Dreamcast back up. It's been too long.

Ooh, some good points here. I voted Virtual Boy since I didn't think it'd get any love here. But I will point out that every major console currently has a controller shaped like Virtual Boy with the buttons from the SNES and evolutions of the analog stick and rumble of N64. So, thanks Nintendo :)

I don't know what to expect, but my hopes and dreams include Switch iterations of Metroid, Animal Crossing, Luigi's Mansion, Pokémon, Smash Bros.

All of 'em. But like last year I got tickets to watch Sony live in theater, Sony E3 experience or whatever. That'll be good cuz you get swag as well - almost like you actually went to E3!! Last year they gave away lanyards with cards in them with PSN codes for digital swag, PSN monies & stuff. I was able to get a bag full of them (legitimately, kind of) but you couldn't use more than one I was bummed out would have got lots of PSN money, but got to give a bunch away to people they were pleased.
