It was stated some time ago that Valve just doesn't like the PS3.

I'm sorry, but if you think this is terrible then you haven't played a lot of games. There are games out there that make Heavy Rain's VAs look like experts (Star Ocean 4 comes to mind). Maybe TC is spoiled on the many games with "good" voice acting, or maybe I just haven't played enough games, but I would consider Heavy Rain's VAs pretty decent. The flow of words looks quite well done.

its funny that you don't even check you list before you post, because off the top of my head that list doesn't have resistance 2, which is a 9 which would even it out, also it doesn't have MLB the show is exclusive which would bring it past the 360, sorry buddy you lose

I think it might go more indepth on how Raiden became the cyborg he is now. It would be kinda cool to find out what happened to him between MGS 2 and MGS4.
