But notice how they also mention that it is difficult to predict how different third party devs will be on PS4 Pro and Scorpio. That's because they also know that the Scorpio can't be so powerful and the actual difference won't be that high. If they really thought the Scorpio is equivalent to a GT1080 they would have claimed without a doubt that third party difference between PS4 Pro and Scorpio will be huge.

1-The PS4 Pro is not shooting for 4k in most games,is not shooting for ULTRA there goes your 50% more data store,hell not even scorpio is shooting for ultra 4k so 12GB is a waste.

2-Again the PS4 Pro has 42% less power and is not shooting for 4k ultra again,which consumes less bandwidth,less power less bandwidth usage dude,if you don't have 6TF why do you need bandwidth relative to 6TF.

3-Again speculation pulled from deep deep down your ass,no one knows if it is 100% Zen and no one know its speed,and considering it is an APU i don't see 8 full size cores at 3.5ghz,so there is no speed and no confirmation of what CPU will be,some say it is zen but most probably is a smaller form factor or gimped do to heat.
