Yes, stop daydreaming about it being an "idea". Actually sit down and learn the things necessary to know to develop a game.
Also, learn how to form a team and conduct the team. This requires communicational skills, endurance and patience. Especially if working through e-mail.
It's gonna be a hard road mate. Many people sugarcoat it by saying "anyone can make a game today" but really, it is a though challenge, wich many people give up on because they lack the sufficient amount of the necessary qualities to see it through to the end. I haven't played the beta, nor am i a follower of the COD franchise. My first COD-game was Black Ops 2 wich i tried in January. I was pleasantly surprised since i expected a mindless constant on-foot shooter without any variation. But here i was served with flight, driving, QTEs and multiple endings. It was a very ok game. Since im new to the series i do not mind the sci-fi content, and i am also a sci-fi fanatic. So all the other COD-game are not interesting to me. I am looking very much forward to Infinite Warfare.
You forgot one thing. Nintendo still considers the Switch as mainly a stationary console, not portable device.
But for the question: im completely indifferent about the matter. I left Nintendo in 2015. Im done with them after several disappointments time after time after time for every console they release.
It is either outdated in power or visuals. With the Wii U (NATO Reporting Name: F*ck U) i felt like i stepped back to the early 2000s when i had to fiddle with all the connections and wires.
Looking forward to the Fatal Frame 5 release in Europe. I have also gone tired of western games lately and have decided to take a break from them in order to play Asian titles.
