Wow I just can't belive that Brazil lose the football match in a such shamefull way.

Brazil national team wasn't playing very well since the start of the world cup against the national team of Croatia. It seems that they can't hold very well the pressure and lose the control of the match.

Even Algeria played against Germany in a high level match due to the tactical scheme. After the first goal of germany the team just vanished....

What do you guys think that Brazil could have done to win the match?

There has been a lot of 2D and 2.5D games through the 7th gen. Guess you haven't checked the PS3 indie collections, the XBLA and a lot of Steam.

However; the 8th gen has only just begun. Give it time.

You're right about the 8th gen. But when I think about a 2D game for this 8th gen, I think about a console seller 2D game. The PSN/XBLA have good indie games but they are like a second option.

We all feel nostalgic for the 2D side scrolling games like: Blackthorne, SoN Castlevania, Megaman series, Contra and many others.

Sometimes I wonder: Where are the 2D games? These games have no more value or appeal within the gaming market?

Much of gamer culture that we have today was given because this type of game.

And with the current generation of consoles, PS4 and XBONE, I'm sure that could be produced 2D game with hours of gameplay and beautiful graphics.

And what do you guys/girls think about it? Do we need 2D games in this generation?

Good morning, a few hours ago I was trying to login on my PSN account (NA), but it keeps telling me that my password is incorrect.

And when I tried to change my password, the system says that my Date of Birth is incorrect, and I can't login or even reset my password.

So, someone are facing this issue too, when trying to login on PSN?

Did Sony say something about any kind of error or a maintenance on PSN servers?

@IndianaPwns39:

I agree with you. Somehow the developers are under the company's desire.

I remember there was a time in the PS One in which we saw a lot of games in the genre arcade shooter, Cho Aniki game was a criticism of the genre.

Seeing the side of the companies, I remember a saying: "Nothing is created, everything is copied." Actually they need to profit, that is undeniable.

But somehow, this attitude of "clone a gender" under another name and other aesthetics, can create a bad habit among gaming companies. And that somehow makes them "lazy".

I believe that in this generation we'll see much of it related to the MMO genre. Destiny, Tom Clancy The Division among others, are giving an indication that the next generation we'll see enough of this genre.

We cannot create a new genre of gaming, but we can originally create ideias for the games we want to develop.

On some occasions in the course a new generation of consoles, we see that some genres of games take more highlights than others. In recent years we have seen many shooting games being published, which created a flood of this type of game.

Also, it was mentioned that this type of behavior is a reflection of the lack of creativity of companies that develop games.

So, I would like to know your opinions on this point.

=)

So, I read [rumors] in another article, that the new Microsoft CEO could sell Microsoft non critical divisions, and it includes the Xbox division. So the company can focus on some important strategies like Office Apps. So if this happens, this could put an end on the microsoft console XBONE? What do you guys think about it?

In a long term, I think that Sony could show us some good reasons to buy the PS4. At first, their games lineup and the delayed features are making Sony lose space on the market for the XBONE, even if the PS4 has a better hardware and all...So I'll wait and compare the performance of the PS4. Even having a preference for Sony, I fear that this generation is the last to make me buy a console.
