The first truly memorable one was in Super Mario Brothers on the original NES; that first pit in World 1-1. First go, stacked it straight into it. Since then, who knows how many hundreds of deaths in games!

Highlander (1986) - great movie, awesome soundtrack. Even though it was critically slammed

@zeroyaoi: Yeah, Person of Interest is great, sad they canned it though. DS9=Deep Space 9, not the best Trek series but still worth a watch!

Assassins Creed - contained everything I wanted from an AC movie; it was ok (7/10). I know there aren't too many laughs in it but I get what they were trying to do with it... then again I am a bit of an AC apologist.
