I am amazed how much flaming is going on about a video game. Man, I thought geow got attacked by fanboys alot. But this is just amazing. Every comment is about how lair will be a mediocre game, even though they just showed some top notch videos that showed just how great it looks, but also how great it plays.
I like how Sony doesn't drop support for their systems.

Nintendo was making a profit on the GameCube when they sold it for $99 back in 2003I imagine they'd still be making money selling it for $99 now.Profitability has nothing to do with why Nintendo dropped the GameCube.
Because now they are making 150 more $ for every wii sold :D. JK

The graphics do look amazing, but I thought the gameplay is what made this game for me. It looks awesome, just rampaging through 1000's of soldiers, eating them up or smashing up their brainds. Taking off a rhino's head, and throwing it at them. I hope to see on some later levels the soldiers having arrows and being bombarded by catapults and arrows. Also the boss looked aweseome and alot of fun. drsports1980

supermechakirby, I think that what it means by rpg elements, is similar to god of war. You could upgrade your weapons, magic, etc I don't think it means that you will be a level 69 warlock, or a level 46 paladin. I don't think it will be diablo 2 esque.
GeOW had great gameplay, it was really fun. Lair seeems to also have awesome gameplay, aswell. To state that it is like motorstorm is rather idiotic. Seeing how motorstorm did have great gameplay, but was too short. Typical fanboy commnet. But anyway, from the looks of this game, the gameplay looks to exceed my expectations. It certainly can get a 10 in that category, because it just looks like fun. I don't care about the innovative control, or any of that nonsense, lair could get a 10 because it looks like fun.
