They probably havent announced a delay as they may never have set a nov release date to start with.

Alot of time its educated guesses as to when a game will be released.

But epic games who are makng ut3 say it can still be released this year and have not announced a delay yet. I know the midway announcement but I take the from the game creator tbh.
