I will buy the console that plays my HD DVD copy of John Carpenter's Ghosts of Mars.

@DiverseGamer DVD's are especially easy to scratch if you put them in an Xbox 360. They get these pretty little concentric rings around the inside of the disk.

I'm still waiting for the numbers that show what percentage of Xbox sales were repurchases due to failed machines.
