I go to sleep when I am tired. Otherwise I will just be laying in bed for hours not being able to sleep. Usually this is around 2-3am. Because of work I am up around 10am. I have always wanted to try polyphasic sleeping where you can condition your body to only need a total of 2 1/2 to 3 hours of sleep a night. Just never had the schedule to allow for it.

Yeah, its a syrup so you shouldn't hear a slosh like water. Even if it was expired it should still be fine to take.If its somewhat thick it is fine. If it is chunky I would not take anymore.

I work for a cell phone company and have actually sold $400+ full feature phones with all the bells and whistles to parents for their 12 year olds. Usually I try and talk them down to something cheap but it almost never works. A couple of weeks ago I had a parent who bought a phone that costs $300 for their 8 year old. Oh well, the customer gets what they want.

I don't know about the end. But I am down for Mad Max kind of thing happening out of it.
