@grimhope: Aren't you a ray of sunshine. Perhaps you should heed the advice of the late Roger Ebert: "Movies are so rarely great art, that if you can't enjoy great trash, then there's no reason to go."
It is a basic, biological fact that if you are born with XY chromosomes, then you are a male, and if you are born with xx chromosomes, then you are a female. A person who can look in the mirror and deny what they see with their own eyes is delusional by definition, and performing surgery on that person to try and change their gender to fit their delusion is as insane as trying to change the species of someone who believes they're a dog. We should be helping these people with proper treatment, not enabling their mental illness with so-called "gender affirming healthcare".
They ended the show on a high note and went out on their own terms. Reviving it, I think, would be a mistake. They should put their heads together, take a risk and come up with something new instead of returning to something they think is a safe bet.
