[QUOTE="ZoomZoom2490"][QUOTE="e011234"] Good scores, too bad Euro gamers only goes by integers..
anyways, whoever in IGN US gave KZ2 a 9.5 for gfx was smoking some sort of illegal substance while doing so. You dont take away 0.5 off gfx when the game pauses for a sec very occasionally to save data. Thats not a framerate hiccup. And you DO NOT take away 0.5 when the game with that sort of gfxfidelitydoesnt even INSTALL ANYTHING.
R2 got the high scores due to its strong co-op, split screen and 60 player MP
And Halo 3 didnt do anything new..it was Halo 2 with a new coat of paint and forge. Its single player was very 'meh'. There were many flaws with that game. 10/10 from Eurogamer for that and GTA4 is undeniably overrated.
Talking about being innovative in FPS games...can anyone think of anything new to add to FPS gameplay mechanics? The FPS cover system was something new that KZ2 brought in..but when reviewers keep saying that KZ2 is a game which takes gameplay mechanics from the past 10 years, puts it into one and polishes it beyond anything else but doesnt offer anything 'new' other that the cover system...i seriously cant think of anything that could be put into a shooter game that hasnt been done before.
Damn good game tho. I cant wait till Feb 26th.

not giving this game the highest score in the graphics department is automatic self ownage of being biased, that is the only way i see it.
Dude technically issues take points away no matter what you say,the guy played the game..you? deal with it and be happy that they didn't flop the game.It DOES matter.
If IGN was SMART enough to give the gfx a 10, it would have vaulted the score up to atleast 9.5.
Its like IGA US purposely took 0.1 off so that damn HALO 3 fans can not shut up about 9.5>9.4.
Its like IGN US intentionally tried to find a spot to take away points, no matter how negligible it is so that they can give Halo 3 fanboys the upper edge in an argument.
Not that i care, cos Halo 3's SP really stunk, and I know that it is incredibly overrated.
