Too bad both sets of fanboys/girls couldn't be like this. Nope, it's all about what one box does or doesn't have. Meanwhile, Nintendo's exclusives actually sell better vs X1's OR Sony's.

@bubba_666: Then why did the PS4 outsell the X1 early on? Certainly wasn't all those stellar games. Besides MS's exceptionally bad marketing, the X1 appeared woefully underpowered compared to the 4. This gen only started to hit its stride in mid 15. For the first 1.5 years, the game libraries were similar, the power gap is what separated the 2 consoles the most, don't fool yourself into thinking otherwise as the PS4 relied heavily on 3rd party support.

For us gaming collector's, this is both a blessing and a curse. Great deal if you haven't picked it up already. There are a ton of regular copies for BotW at retail already. Is Nintendo getting them back? Are the retailer's with sufficient stock even ordering this version?

What are Shadow of War, Forza 7, Cuphead, Wolfenstein 2, Assassin's Creed: Origins, CoD:WWII, Project Cars 2, Need for Speed:Payback, Sonic Forces, Battlefront 2 & Super Lucky Tales then? 'Cause they're not yesteryear's games. If you believe the X is half assed, LOVE to know your thoughts on the less powerful Pro. I'm near your age and gotta say, while I respect your gaming age, your takes are filled with wrong information. Have you actually researched the X1X? I have a hard time believing you have done any measurable research. So since you haven't, I'll school you. Just like the Pro, the X is for games released roughly a year ago, this year & beyond.

@hollywood1: So true! Guess that's why this hot take exists, that "Xbox has no games". Guess only exclusives are "real" games.

I've bought several games on both X1 & PS4. For various reasons. For Witcher 3, I got it on X1 because of the better frame rate. For PS4, the resolution and to compare and contrast. I wasn't getting a definitive consensus which was best. Now with both I can see how Pro looks vs X1X next month.

Here's a question: why are the developers not calling the Nazis, "Nazis"? I get the point of wanting to revisit history to avoid repeating it. But when you fail to portray the enemy accurately, how is it revisiting history? Sounds more like revisionist history.

Part 2--while I know there were Republicans who weren't on gaming's side, the loudest ones have been Dems. Jack Thompson, a famous DB against GTA is or was a Democrat. He went on a major crusade to censor all forms of entertainment that he considered "obscene".
