I just wrote a review for Tetris (the original, for Game Boy) and I was shocked to see that some curmudgeon rated it a 5.0 and called it an "overrated, casual, kiddie puzzler"! But everybody knows the real truth...

REAL MEN PLAY TETRIS

Well, it's Monday today. But the weather outside has been pretty good, so I'm trying to stay happy! :) Other than that, I'm working really hard and trying to stay on top of my work so that I can write a bunch of reviews. My goal is to write 5 between dinnertime tonight and bed. We'll see what happens!

Urg, I don't feel so well today; I'm seeing stars and coughing and everything. However, it sure was nice to wake up to a Level 2 and 58% ranking! Time to play some Ultimate Doom!

Yay! I finally got my Ultimate DOOM working on my new laptop, which doesn't have a floppy drive. I couldn't find an external floppy anywhere either, so I had to load the files on my friend's computer, zip them, and send them via GMail, but it's worth it! I've started from the beginning on "Hey, Not Too Rough" difficulty and right now I'm at E1M6, Central Processing. Time to kick some demon butt!

Hmm, I wonder what this GameSpot rank is all about, and I wonder how to make it go up. Funny story about how I ended up here, actually. I came here with the intent of just registering to get a DOOM95 demo, but now I see how wonder this community is. Plus, I love rating games and such. I feel lucky to have stumbled across this place!
