I could see VR working with racing games like GT7, but I want Polyphony Digital to focus on making a great game and ensuring that it runs well, then turn their attention to making it work with VR but not making it a major part of the game.
I enjoyed LBP's creativeness and what I could make with its tools. Dreams looks to be more advanced with that and coming from MM, could be quite promising.
It's always interesting to hear how the final product evolved from its original concept, especially when this one was conceived as a Wii game with motion control. I wonder how that idea with the dinosaur controlling girl would've turned out though. Scalebound looks pretty good and since Kamiya is behind this, no doubt it will be a great game.
So is this going to be a thing now? Last gen, we had portions of the game ripped out for DLC, and now we're having progress being hindered by microtransactions. Whatever happened to working hard to unlock something and feeling satisfied about your dedication? Now it's become being lazy and impatient so that you give out more money than necessary to speed up something worthless.
