I also use the Razer gaming mouse pad which is great combined with my G9 and Razers are good mice as well guess it boils down to self preference which is cool but let me ask you is that Razer you use wireless?
LOL@MAMMONEWB, the G7 is better than all these? lol 1st off its wireless if you're not a newb and are a real gamer you don't use wireless other than the fact that you think you're cool cause you have no wires but here's a comment on the G7 from a owner on new egg "Only problem I have with it is the rechargeable batteries. Now granted its smart idea and a big money saver when it comes to batteries. However for gaming its not so convenient. There have been times when the mouse died and I had gotten my self stuck in situations playing my games. I have gotten used to this and its no longer really a problem for me since I keep one of the batteries on the charger and I can switch it out quick. For new users it could be frustrating. So for gaming its probably not the ideal mouse. If you plan on only using this mouse for everyday use you most likely wont be bothered by having to switch out the battery." and yet the G7 smokes these mice? The only thing it smokes is the batteries you have to replace every time they die, and if you think that buying a gaming mouse is over kill for gaming then what about buying/ playing the game period? I mean if you could be just a little bit better at owning by simply switching mice would that be so bad? Either you cant afford and this is why you say that or two you just haven't experienced (ignorance) the actual comfort smoothness and reliability of the Logitech G9 laser Mouse! Might be expensive (pricewilldrop) but its a one time cost and trust me you'll never look to another mouse for a while until Logitech comes out w/ some thing better!
