@thetravman: I'm not sure about that. Every time I launch a video from the application it streams the HD version, providing it exists. But the browser just uses the fastest one. I've tried this from the Youtube application to compare quality and the browser may look 480 at much, but not 1080 like in the application. I have more than enough bandwidth so that shouldn't be the issue.

In case you have, please add a reference to this claim as I haven't found anything on the subject.

@IAAGguy: I really don't know what are you expecting for, other than calling for certain troll to bash on Nintendo.

AC4 works just fine in the Wii U, is a GREAT looking game for the most part as it has some weird shadows and some reported a unstable framerate. For me it looks and plays great so, if you hadn't see the comparison video you can as well go out and rent it.

Again, you already know the Wii U is more powerful than the PS3 and 360, and Ubi themselve said this version (as well as the Watch Dogs one) look better than the last gen versions but not as good as the other two next gen consoles.

@thetravman: Now it works pretty smooth. I also disliked the original Youtube application but this update really made wonders. The best, for me at least, is that you can watch HD videos, and, for some reason, that doesn't seem the case when using the browser only.

Not so sure about your exact questions. I played it a while ago and it ran smooth for me and, in general, it looks pretty good.

Now, for the online community really can't say as I didn't use those features Maybe you can have better luck asking directly at the Miiverse forum.

I'm still having a blast with all my Wii/Wii U/DS/3DS games/systems, and I'm still looking forward to so many titles so yes, I'm a big supporter. Not a fanboy as I don't get any thing "Nintendo", but they have a lot of things I want to play and I'll support them for as long as this remains (I´m betting it will be a long time yet!).

@jdc6305: So weird! This game is one of the very special ones that keep getting deeper and deeper. I played it a lot of times and, same as you, I traded all my GC and Wii game for the Trilogy. So awesome!

@Chozofication: Some reviewvers complain about framerate but, for me, I see no other problem than some weird jaggi shadows from time to time. Aside from that, the game is awesome and way beyond ACIII.

@lamprey263: The game is still great by itself. You can play it a lot of times and get really good at it, but still enjoy it. Maybe the community is not as lively as original but go ahead and try it, now is at a very good price!
