I got zelda collectors edition to play the zelda games which were all convenient on one disc... But why the gamecube controller? I loved the 2D zelda, but the gamecube's d pad is horrendous that it's impossible to play. It's so small link goes in all sorts of directions and your thumb builds up a cramp in a matter of seconds. Why, why... I don't understand :( looks like I'm gonna sell the disc now and get it on VC. Unless there's some way of playing the game with the Wii mote?
I decided to go the for gamecube version, so just having another play through. One thing that feels really odd is the lack of 360 camera. There's the aim with R trigger, but still, from playing a lot of 3D games using a 2nd analog stick to use as your 360 camera... Just a matter of getting used to :)
I bought a Wii a few weeks ago mainly to play wii VC and gamecube games. I've been playing the VC console, but today I got 2 gamecube games and both were unable to read and I hear a weird clicking noise when it spins. (It's backwards compatible wii btw) So I'm pissed off, seeing how the seller wasn't honest about the gamecube part not working. The seller had a 3 day return policy which clearly has expired. Should I contact the seller? So frustrating.
Twilight Princess on Gamecube. It's the only Zelda game in the series that I couldn't finish due to boredom. I think I got to around 3/4 through, but I just didn't enjoy it.
