i bought a used xbox360 console that came with the vga cable. i can hook up the display to get picture but I can't hook up the sound to my set or generic brand **** speakers. I think the vga cable was supposed to come with a adaptor or something (it's 1st party btw) but the previous owner didn't give me one. I actually posted on the forums before and someone led me to these

i'm downloading some demos and to kill the time i try to play nba 2k8

but nba 2k8 has this feature that goes online everytime i turn on the damn game which stops the download.

is there a way to turn this feature off and only play single player so i can play nba 2k8 without stopping my dls

I just bought my xbox and i'm setting up live. I can access the marketplace and download demos etc

but when i try to log on live it says the service is currently unavailable. Is live not working right now or am I doing something

wrong.

my friend has live 08, and i have 2k8.

2k8 is significantly better although th emargin is smaller than previous years. one downside with the game is that it DOES NOT teach you how to play the game properly and the manual is utter **** if you don't like 2k8 at first, it's probably because of this. read some online faqs then you'll have a blast
