Try leveling up a little bit i beat her at level 32. Quickening chains really help alot. If u do 8 chain your final is inferno really works. Also make sure u use your gambits to. I used Vaan as my primary attacker and the other 2 did healing and reviving and finished her off with a quickening chain.
I agree with dez the place in pride lands in one of the best places to level up. I've gone in there and racked up 15,000-25,000 exp everytime. In an hour i leveled from 60-82.
