Also, dunno if you guys actually read the fall of reach, but if you had you would no just how insane the battles are going to be in this game. Its like a dream come true for a halo fan, at least one that has read the book.

SO confusing yet oh so exciting.

Is cutting aliens in half with a chainsaw still junk? Is sticking people with a grenade and watching them blow into glorious bits of HD pixelsstill junk? It still looks better than 90 percent of the game out there, and plays as good too (bullet lag on Live aside). The game shines as bright as ever. The third onewill make us all soil our pants once more, but till then, Ill keep killing that giant worm and emerge from it drenched in blood saying all the while, "this never gets old!"

I know it may seem a little early for any solid impressions or even hype. But is it just me or does this really seem like the one weve been waiting for since combat evolved? I mean, dont get me wrong halo 2 and 3 were great games, but you must admit they lacked the sort of impressive shock that the original gave upon first play through.

Its almost as though the people who made the original have been on vacation for years with all the money they made, then decided to come back and show the world one more Halo masterpiece with Reach.. at least Im hoping... you too?

If you havent seen the new vidoc, do so emmediately and you will see what I am talking about. At one point Martin o'Donnel even said something about this being the "definitive halo experiece, made by the people who made halo"... hinting that they maybe werent as involved in the past two games as they were in the original? Only time will tell..

Alright, Im sure this is something that has been disputed before in these forums, but I just want to hear everyones opinions. No bias, just straight honesty if you can, which site do you think is the most informative, best interface etc? Overall, I really cant decide personally. I tend to agree more with IGNs writers on reviews and things, but I like the forum setup over here better. That being said I also think the site at IGN is a little better built, but their search engine is garbage. OVERALL, I wont lie i tend to think IGN is the better site.

Not sure if its just me, but does it always seem like IGN has the first game reviews on most all the biggest games? Like almost a week ago Forza 3 was reviewd over there, nothing here yet.. Same with ODST, reviewed over there much faster too...

Thoughts, opinions?

I have a sub and amp wired in my GFs car. To the best of my knowledge, everything is wired appropriately. My problem is this: the amp randomly shuts down and the little light turns red indicating its being "protected". It baffles me because I have everything hooked up appropriately to my knowledge, the only thing i could think of is something to do with the remote wire, which turns the amp on and off...but its plugged into the back of the deck to the wire that says "system remote control" and its blue. This is the right wire correct? And no, its not an overheating issue because the amp would run for hours and never need to stop and cool, but now it is doing this. Nothing is blown either because when it works, it works flawlessly. The sub pounds and the amp stays on as long as i want it to... until i turn the car off, turn the deck off or switch CDs, then the amp cuts out and becomes protected...it just frustrates me because it will stop working and then ill just move the amp around a little or something to that affect, and it comes back on until i do any of the things i listed above...

OK, so its an absolute atrocity to have to switch to a second disc? Wow, what a hug deal. i mean, the 360s such a bad console now cause we might have to switch to a second disc later this gen. OMG, the 360s gonna lose now!
