region codes means to play japanese game u got to put it on japanese console and same goes for other regions

Heyi just hooked up my logic 3 hd dvd cable with lcd monitor and the sound cables with my computer speakers and whenever there is a sound in background the sound is just like wizzzing and not clear or when there is a stereo sound the sound is wizzing plz help
