My Gears of War works about 25% of the time when trying to play online.  I ALWAYS keep my disk in its case and NEVER travel with games in my 360.  When looking at the disk it is perfectly clean (no smudges at all), but there are small cuts all along one side with perfect curves (somehow cut while it is spinning inside the 360).  This is the SECOND game that my 360 has destroyed.  I think it's about time I use my warranty.
