Best Buy has them too. Only Gamestop so far is doing the stupid bundling thing and making you buy a game with it.

It certainly sounds like Xbox One games will be no different than trading in used Xbox 360 games. 3rd party publishers would be insane to charge fees or restrict games if Microsoft isn't doing it.
- Buy the way you wantdisc or digitalon the same day: Youll be able to buy disc-based games at traditional retailers or online through Xbox Live, on day of release. Discs will continue to be a great way to install your games quickly.
- Access your entire games library from any Xbox Oneno discs required: After signing in and installing, you can play any of your games from any Xbox One because a digital copy of your game is stored on your console and in the cloud. So, for example, while you are logged in at your friends house, you can play your games.
- Share access to your games with everyone inside your home: Your friends and family, your guests and acquaintances get unlimited access to all of your games. Anyone can play your games on your console--regardless of whether you are logged in or their relationship to you.
- Give your family access to your entire games library anytime, anywhere: Xbox One will enable new forms of access for families. Up to ten members of your family can log in and play from your shared games library on any Xbox One. Just like today, a family member can play your copy of Forza Motorsport at a friends house. Only now, they will see not just Forza, but all of your shared games. You can always play your games, and any one of your family members can be playing from your shared library at a given time.
- Trade-in and resell your disc-based games: Today, some gamers choose to sell their old disc-based games back for cash and credit. We designed Xbox One so game publishers can enable you to trade in your games at participating retailers. Microsoft does not charge a platform fee to retailers, publishers, or consumers for enabling transfer of these games.
- Give your games to friends: Xbox One is designed so game publishers can enable you to give your disc-based games to your friends. There are no fees charged as part of these transfers. There are two requirements: you can only give them to people who have been on your friends list for at least 30 days and each game can only be given once.
In our role as a game publisher, Microsoft Studios will enable you to give your games to friends or trade in your Xbox One games at participating retailers. Third party publishers may opt in or out of supporting game resale and may set up business terms or transfer fees with retailers. Microsoft does not receive any compensation as part of this. In addition, third party publishers can enable you to give games to friends. Loaning or renting games wont be available at launch, but we are exploring the possibilities with our partners.
As we move into this new generation of games and entertainment, from time to time, Microsoft may change its policies, terms, products and services to reflect modifications and improvements to our services, feedback from customers and our business partners or changes in our business priorities and business models or for other reasons. We may also cease to offer certain services or products for similar reasons.
In the months ahead, we will continue to listen to your feedback as we meet with our partners in the ecosystem to bring additional detail about our policies.
We are excited about this new generation of games and entertainment and look forward to sharing more news with our fans.
This is exactly why "always-on" is a terrible idea. When I tried to sign in it wouldn't work so I tried to download my profile and now it erased my profile off my hard drive. I can't sign in and I can't connect to Xbox Live to get my profile to play offline. So this is why my Xbox is just a paperweight right now. I can't even play campaign mode or single player with their network down.
Wow I guess 3D won't be boosting the score to 9+ I swear that the 3D games might be cool someday but not needed now. But that day will only come when more gamers actaully have 3D TVs. I just can't imagine wearing those glasses for an extended gaming session. My eyes would be going crazy. After walking out of Avatar I was dizzy and my eyes were watering an blurry. I usually play games for 2-3 hours so I won't be going 3D until they make it better.
More interested in US sales. The rest of the world can care about their own sales. Sales here represents what WE will be playing. And what kind of games WE like. Look at the Japanese sales charts. They seem to like alot ofdifferent types of games than we do. I could care less if some game they have sells big unless it is also released here.
I agree. The PS3 Netflix edges out the 360 with search feature and a bit better picture. I have tried and compared both. Until recently I only used my 360 but now that I don't need a disc in the PS3 it will be my main Netflix device.
It's probably a bad cable but could possibly be the system. I had an HD switch cable that regular A/V quit working on. But I also had a system display scrambled colors like you said. That was the graphics chip frying or something and I had to send it in. Best bet is to get another set of cables. If they work you will know it isn't a system problem. Best check the cables at the TV end also and make sure everything is plugged in correctly and the HD signal is accepted by your TV. I once hooked up the wrong cable and got sound with no picture.
I think most people other than Sony fanboys could care less about motion controllers. They already own a Wii or 360 or both. I have all 3 systems and do not plan on getting either Move or Kinect. They are crap in my opinion. Wii is pretty good but it all breaks down to the games. If a game is fun and really good it doesn't matter what kind of controls it uses. Wii has it's 1st party titles which will always be fun. 360 and PS3 are trying to play catch up. I think the PS3s attempt is pitiful and the neon "Harry Potter" wand looks stupid. I will stick to playing my Sony games with the dualshock controller. I think Move is dead on arrival. I think Kinect may work for some but I'm not interested in that either.
I have mine hooked up to my Denon receiver and Reach works fine in 5.1 surround. Is there an audio setting on the game menu somewhere that's set to stereo?
That's probablya character's name in the game I'm sure. I doubt one person does all the "zombie voices" in the game if there is a zombie mode. Treyarch wouldn't let the zombie thing slip out if it's a big secret. They could also be delaying it as add-on content later on.
