The problem with Ben Affleck’s Batman and the “DCEU” in general is, they never gave the audience time to understand (this version of) the characters.
The studio should’ve establish motivations over 5 or more films, not just 2 with so many scattered ideas, it’s hard to follow what’s going on from the first viewing.
@danmonger: I think that’s why they bought Bethesda. Microsoft doesn’t really care how well games sell on PlayStation around the world, they want people buying these games on Xbox or at least PC, Bethesda doesn’t care anymore either, they already got paid.
@soulfulDAGGER: Do you even know what you’re talking about?
Nintendo didn’t make the PowerGlove (that was Mattel)
R.O.B. the robot was a (toy) back door to get retailers to stock the NES, after the video game crash in the early 80s.
In 2015 Nintendo’s stock more than doubled from its low of about $12, it continue to steadily increase for the next 5 years, ultimately peeking around $80 (US) it’s not GameStop but you can’t manipulate a Japanese stock like a US equity (stock).
Yes they’ve made some big mistakes in the past but what company hasn’t? How is making a new OLED Switch model, that seems like it’s selling well enough a bad decision? One moment you’re talking about “costly mistakes” and a stagnant stock, next you’re complaining about Nintendo’s not giving current Switch owners a discount, which would affect their profit margins.
