Didnt you say before that you had the Forza 2 demo, well i'm nearly sure you can only get that through marketplace, and to get a demo from marketplace you need to atleast have a Xbox Live Silver account.

I never questioned whether you had a 360 before, but after reading this thread, i highly doubt you have a 360.

Seriously people, a new TV isn't gonna change the way you game. I tried some of my games on an HDTV and im glad I didn't buy one. My friend also bought an HDTV as soon as he bought his 360 (launch day) I got my 360 5 months later and playing on regular TV, and now, when he had a 5 month headstart he still hasn't even reached 10k points, nor has he played as many games as I have.

I'm mentioning this because many people think having an HDTV makes them better gamers...just like some people think getting a console launch day makes them better ganers too.

ok, let me make it clear again like in my previous post.

i don't hate Xbox 360, in fact, i do really want to play games like Lost Planet, Too Human, Mass Effect, and among several others. the only thing holding me back is the hardware problem and XBL fees.

i'll happily get one if they fix some of those problems, Wi-Fi, 65 nm chip, quieter fan and DVD drive, and make the XBL more approachable, (at least make the online match making part free).

i'm not "bashing" (as some of you thought so) just because.

Check this out: buy the system, use the free trial you get with it, then discover why it is so much better than Home and you won't worry about the fees just like every other user on Xbox Live.

sigh... like i said, i don't want to get it now until they fix the hardware issues. and i know, i've played 360 numerous times, and its really not the live feature that got me want to buy one. as it's $50 a year whereas its free on PC and PS 3. so as a owner of those 2 systems. the live just seems so obsolete to me. what i'm interested in are the games. but heck, the hardware problem didn't get solved with the Elite.

well, ya.. so there goes my "fanboy" point of view if you'd like to call it.

Now how many great live games are there? How large is the psn community? How large is the live community? To me if you can answer those questions honestly.... you will finally realize why live is worth the 50 a year

And exactly how will HOME improve the online gaming experience?

for one, you can make an avatar of yourself and no, its not as cute as Mii, but it looks way cooler.

second, Home gives you a virtual apartment thingy that lets you customize your furnitures, decorations and stuffs. it also let you watch movies like you're in a real house.

last but not least, you can walk outside of your house to meet different people around the world and play games with each other, go to a movie theater to see movie previews, or watch a actual movie (but you have to pay of course), and go inside a trophy room thingy that lets you show off your achievements.

really how can you call 120gb huge, it was mainstream in 2004 in desktops and now its the main drive size found in laptops, and even a buget laptop comes with 80gb now and you call 120gb huge? just becuase x360 and ps3 is the only way you can get a 20gb hard drive now doesn't mean 120gb is huge. 1 got 400gb for my pc a few months ago now for about 2/3 the price of the x360 120gb hard drive.imprezawrx500
