Ok, about 2 weeks ago i sent my xbox away for disk drive issues where the drive what eating my disks... surprise surprise i know. Anywho, I got another 360 back yesterday and put my Arcade Unplugged disk into it to see if it would scratch it. It didn't So i played some Bejeweld 2 for an hour or 2 just ot see if the disk screwed up in any way, it didnt, great... But today I tried to play puzzle quest, and it wont let me, it keeps saying I have the trail version even though i bought the full version. I tried delete and redownloading the full version of the game, but no luck, it wont open the full version... xbox live recognizes that I bought the full version, b/c I can still download it, but the full version won't OPEN ! Please if anyone knows wth is going please tell me, I'm pissed off here that I spent $15 on a game that no longer works for me.
Welcome to the club, if you paid.. take it back to ebgames... even if they dont honor it (which they might not b/c of all the other RRoD's...) at least you'll get your $85 back. Then you can wait two - three weeks for microsoft to fix and send it back... :) Be Happy !
Sorry about my previous post, i misunderstood the question before... i got a referb back my first time that chewed up my games, so i got them to take it back. I'm still waiting for a new one to come in the mail, ill post what it is when it arrives... I did put a message in the coffin asking for a new none referbished console however so... we'll see if that helps me.
Dude, I just got a RRoD and I have package tracking (and live in Canada), as of right now my 360 is 46 min away(mapquest) at CELESTICA 844 DON MILLS RD M3C1V7. Celestica is some sort of electronics fier/manufacturer, NOT Microsoft... so there's your answer, I guess microsoft just hired these dudes to take ccare of the probelms up north.... :) I want my 360 back :(
